These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 098pkr platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet. By using 098pkr, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any feature of 098pkr, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the User's local law, whichever is greater. Proof of age will be requested during the KYC process. Misrepresenting your age to gain access constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Registration requires the submission of accurate, complete and current information, including a valid email address, a secure password and such other details as the Platform may request. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your Account.
Each individual is permitted to hold a single Account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 098pkr reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets and forfeit all balances in such accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you. You must notify 098pkr immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
098pkr is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals and may request verification at any other time. The KYC process serves to protect against fraud, money laundering and underage gambling.
You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:
Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period of a request being made may result in Account suspension, restriction of withdrawal rights or Account closure. 098pkr shall not be liable for any losses arising from a delay or refusal attributable to incomplete verification.
The Platform is provided for your personal entertainment only. You may not use 098pkr for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate, reselling access, or using automated means (bots, scripts, crawlers) to interact with the Platform.
You warrant that all information provided to 098pkr, at registration and throughout the life of your Account, is accurate, truthful and not misleading. You must promptly update any information that changes.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 098pkr does not and cannot provide legal advice, and the Platform's availability in a given location does not constitute a representation that its use is lawful there.
098pkr will use reasonable endeavours to keep the Platform operational and accessible. However, access may be interrupted, suspended or restricted for maintenance, technical reasons or circumstances beyond our control. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
All deposits must be made using payment methods currently available in the Platform's live cashier. Deposits must come from a payment source owned and operated by the Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Familiar Pakistan-based payment options — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced for contextual familiarity. However, 098pkr does not represent that any of these payment institutions endorses, permits or is affiliated with gambling activity. Users should verify payment availability in the live cashier and understand that providers may independently restrict gambling-related transactions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances; (c) no pending or ongoing fraud investigation; and (d) the withdrawal minimum amount as stated in the cashier. Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 098pkr reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Deposits are applied to your Account Balance and used to place bets. Refunds of deposits are not available once funds have been wagered. Uncontested non-wagered balances may be refunded subject to KYC completion and applicable fees.
Account currency and applicable conversion rates are confirmed during registration and in the cashier. PKR-denominated limits and illustrative figures used across the Platform are for reference purposes and actual figures are confirmed in the cashier.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 098pkr are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility criteria, which will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must be wagered in accordance with stated requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
Wagering requirements specify the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable real money. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be bet thirty times in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
Bonuses are intended for one eligible Account per person, household, IP address and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
098pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to existing participants in an active promotion.
PKR figures cited in promotional descriptions across the Platform (e.g., VIP tier rewards, referral bonuses, birthday credits) are illustrative examples only unless explicitly confirmed as live offers in the Promotions section of the Platform. They do not constitute guaranteed rewards.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 098pkr. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation message is displayed and a transaction ID is issued. 098pkr reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) the bet was placed after a market was closed; (b) there is evidence of system error or incorrect odds; or (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL franchise matches, T20 internationals, ICC tournament fixtures and domestic cricket — are subject to specific settlement rules. Settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body. 098pkr is not affiliated with the PCB, any PSL franchise, the ICC or any sports organisation.
Live/in-play markets are offered at the Platform's discretion and may be suspended or closed at any time without notice. In-play odds update continuously and reflect current match conditions. It is the User's responsibility to confirm the current odds at the time of bet placement.
A bet may be declared void if: (a) it was placed at clearly erroneous odds; (b) the event was cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; (c) the market was settled incorrectly and subsequently corrected; or (d) any other condition specified in the Platform's betting rules applies. Void bets result in the stake being returned to the Account Balance.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per settlement period. These limits are stated in the Platform and may vary by sport, market type and event. Winnings exceeding applicable limits will be reduced to the stated maximum.
098pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 098pkr.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 098pkr shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms limits 098pkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded. All gambling is conducted at your own risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss.
098pkr collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your data is used exclusively for the purposes of operating your Account, complying with KYC and AML obligations, processing transactions, personalising your experience and communicating platform updates. We do not sell personal data to third parties. You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
098pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to coming into effect, unless immediate application is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the operator holds its gaming licence, to the extent applicable. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
